Description
Total cost of ownership (TCO) model for Crew Transfer Vessels is given. Estimates the total cost of the vessel over its complete life cycle.
Both operational costs (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) of the vessel are modeled. The output of the model includes Financial Statements, Financial Ratio Analysis, a (DCF) Discounted Cash Flow Model, an (ROI) Return on Investment analysis and a Monte Carlo Simulation. The product includes a data set of vessels for bench marking purposes.
Incorporated drivers are fuel cost, crewing cost, new building value, residual value, financing structure, maintenance, depreciation, interest, insurance, management fees, harbor dues, spare parts, lubrication oils and more. TCO is calculated on various operating profiles in ports and offshore.
